Point to Point Transport Service Providers have a set of legal obligations that must be complied with in order to deliver safe passenger services in NSW.
What is it?
A practical support session that will take you through details on how to implement some of these requirements.
We will run in-depth discussions about 2 topics relating to authorisation.
When and where?
The session will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams and will run for approximately 1 hour.

Your Microsoft Teams link will be emailed to you in the days prior to your chosen session.
If you wish to attend a session, but do not see a time that is suitable for you, please email p2pevents@transport.nsw.gov.au.
Pre-requisite
It is a condition of authorisation and pre-requisite of attendance that you have completed the relevant authorisation short course. You can find out which course is most relevant to your business by checking the online short courses webpage.
It is strongly encouraged that you attend one of these support sessions. It is an opportunity to ensure you have the tools needed to run your business safely and as the law requires. You can ask questions, network with other service providers, and clarify anything that is unclear in the point to point space.
We will be running these sessions monthly.
For any questions, please email p2pevents@transport.nsw.gov.au.
