The Point to Point Transport Commissioner’s Education & Education branch runs workshops, upon request, for Service Providers to offer to their drivers. These workshops run for approximately one hour and are designed to help drivers further understand their safety obligations, their role and the role of the Commissioner in the point to point transport industry.
These workshops are designed to:

provide a refresher on driver safety obligations and responsibilities

provide direction on current trends in the industry

help clarify frequently asked questions

clarify the role of the Commissioner and what we do

be a two-way guided discussion.
The topics covered will include driver obligations and safety but can also discuss current or specific issues such as wheelchair accessible journeys, assistance animals, fares and bookings, and anything else that is relevant to your business and your drivers.
The workshop content is flexible, and we are happy to work with you to create a structure that is relevant for you.
