The Sydney Swans took on Melbourne’s Western Bulldogs on 27 June 2025 at the Moore Park Entertainment Quarter. The Swans suffered a defeat at their home turf, dampening the mood of many supporters.

The Commission’s on-street inspectors were on-site ensuring drivers were accepting hirings, using the fare calculation device, and to move on vehicles that were stopping and plying for hire.
