The Point to Point Transport Commissioner is collecting your personal information for the purpose of managing taxi licences, taxi account details and applications for Taxi Licences and Wheelchair Accessible Taxi Licences.
The personal information collected will be used for the authorisation and regulation of authorised service providers and others subject to the provisions of the Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Act 2016, the collection of the Passenger Service Levy, and the management of taxi licences.
The Point to Point Transport Commissioner will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless you consent or as authorised by law. Your information will be managed by the Point to Point Transport Commissioner in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998.
