A dedicated Industry Contact Centre is available to support industry stakeholders to transition and comply with the point to point transport laws.
For enquiries, use the Industry Contact Centre online feedback form or call 131 727, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).
For all customer service enquiries, including issues relating to the standard, quality and value of the service, driver or any other additional parts of the service, please contact your service provider. For example: the taxi company or booking service. Contact details for all authorised service providers in NSW are available here.
