Published

Point to point transport drivers are advised of changed traffic conditions on Sunday 25 October around ANZ Stadium for the 2020 NRL Grand Final.

Drivers should maintain a high level of vehicle safety and sanitisation with expected crowds of up to 40,000 and increased patronage in point to point transport before and after the Grand Final.

All vehicle sanitisation stations in the Sydney region will be closed on Sunday 25 October, and drivers are reminded to have their vehicle sanitised at one of the available facilities in the days before and after the game.

Road closures will be in place within Sydney Olympic Park from as early as 2am on Sunday 25 October. Drivers should check the Sydney Olympic Park interactive map for full closure details and times as road closures may affect driver access in and around the stadium.

Police will be stationed at entry points to the exclusion zone and sanctions may be administered on the spot for failure to comply. Point to Point Transport authorised officers will also be present and undertaking vehicle and driver ID inspections.

The closest Taxi Rank to ANZ Stadium is on Herb Elliott Avenue near the Pullman Hotel.

Point to point drivers are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
