Notifiable Occurrences and COVID-19 reporting changes

Service providers can expect enhancements to the Industry Portal from Tuesday 8 December 2020.

The enhancements include a separate form for COVID-19 reporting, as well as an enhanced form for Notifiable Occurrences. These forms will both now be found under the activities tab in the Industry Portal.

A new range of preselected drop down menus will make it easier for service providers to report COVID-19 incidences as well as Notifiable Occurrences.

A “pin drop” map feature will be available for users to help identify the geographic location of an occurrence, where the address is unknown.

Users will have the ability to save draft submissions for up to 48 hours, allowing them to finish the submission later. Users will also be able to modify submissions.

The COVID-19 reporting form offers users a range of easy to identify options in drop down fields, for a seamless experience.
