This video introduces the new Wheelchair Accessible Taxis and Hire Vehicles Safety Toolkit. This toolkit is an important safety measure that is designed to educate service providers, drivers and the general public about their responsibilities; and look at suitability of wheelchairs for the purpose of remaining seated in during transfer and travel in a WAV.
